Basic Information
Job Description
- Operate and monitor can-filling machines.
- Ensure accurate filling and sealing of cans.
- Conduct quality checks on filled products.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
Job Requirements
- Qualifications : Min. Class XII (preferable, ITI in Mech. or Elec. trade)
- Must have 3-5 years of experience in brewery industry.
- Conversant with Can Filler Operation w.r.t., Start-up & Stop.
- Aware of Can Filler Pre-Post Checks, say Conveyor, Rinser, Seamer.
- To follow CIP Protocol as per SOPs defined, Trained on Changeover (say, 180/250/330/500 ml) & LN2 Doser.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Knowledge of safety protocols in manufacturing.
