Job Description

Handle incoming calls, providing accurate information and assistance regarding products and services in a professional manner. 
?Actively engage in recovery follow ups & conversion of leads. 
?Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently,ensuring timely follow-up and closure of all concerns. 
?Follow company policies and procedures to maintain compliance and ensure quality service. 
?Foster a collaborative culture within the team. 
?Develop and maintain a customer-centric approach in all activities. 

Skill Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center. 
?Excellent communication, negotiation,and interpersonal skills. 
?Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
