Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Unit Head to lead our business verticals – 2 wheeler, 4 wheeler & Consumer Electronics. The incumbent will be responsible for driving business growth, developing market strategies, and overseeing operational efficiency while ensuring profitability. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of the hire purchase sector and financial services with a proven track record in business leadership.

• ???????????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????????????????: Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability in the hire purchase segment. 
• ???????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????? : Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and product innovations to enhance market presence. 
• ????&???? ????????????????????????????????????????: Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and cost control to achieve revenue and profit targets. 
• ???????????????????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????????????????: Ensure efficient and effective processes for loan disbursement, 
• collections, and risk management. 
• ???????????????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????????????????: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and legal requirements governing hire purchase operations. 
• ???????????????? ????????????????????????????????????????: Implement strong risk assessment and credit control measures to minimize default rates. 
• ???????????????? ????????????????????????????????????????: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. 
• ???????????????????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????????????????: Engage with key stakeholders, including financial institutions,regulatory bodies,and industry partners. 

Job Requirements

• ????????????????????????????????????????????????????: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field or Chartered Accountant with leadership experience. 
• ????????????????????????????????????????: 5+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in hire purchase, asset financing, or retail lending. 
• Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment, loan structuring, and regulatory frameworks. 
• Proven experience in P&L management, business development,and team leadership. 
• Exceptional communication,negotiation, leadership and stakeholder management skills. 
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
