Job Description

• Strategize, Implement, and oversee processes for increased productivity and growth
• Design daily operational programs that achieve organizational objectives
• Manage employee activities, providing suitable resources
• Establish cost parameters and manage overall P&L for company.
• Maintain plan for forecasting, targeting, and attaining sales
• Provide data analytics of sales, distributors, and partners to relevant management teams
• Support customer – facing operations, including sales, marketing and public relations
• Supervise employee productivity and provide internal processes for improved efficiency while adhering to legal guidelines.
• Monitor the financial performance of the business and create financial reports for the management team.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners and vendors.
• Ensure that the company is complying with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify threats and opportunities for the company.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities
• Other duties may be assigned.

Skill Requirements

• Must have 5-6 years experience in Ceramics/ Appliances/ Hardware/ Building Materials/ Interior Furnishing or any related field    
• Master's completed can apply.
• Candidate with experience in promoting Premium/Luxury brand of Appliances, ceramics, luxury homes & lifestyle products of International repute through Architects, Interior Designer, Consultants, Builders & Contractors would be highly desirable.
• Incumbent should be smart, articulate, with good communication skills, strong initiative and having own conveyance.
• Industry: Ceramics / Appliances/ Hardware/ Building materials/Interior Furnishing
• Appliances & Furniture industry can be considered as well
