Job Description

  • Knowledge of sales and distribution mechanism of Manufacturing companies / Importers/Brands in Nepa
  • Must have strong network and relationship with Manufacturing companies / Importers/ Brands in Nepal 
  • Handle end-to-end acquisition of new corporates, manufacturing Companies, FMCG Companies, SME, and Corporates
  • ?Build customer acquisition strategy, marketing, digital marketing strategy, content management system, and sales strategy and implement the action plan 
  • Responsible for selling shared distribution services to corporates
  • Drive lead generation to acquire new customers  
  • Drive business development activities  
  • Achievement of key metrics of input activities, conversion and revenue consistently 
  • Building strong Eco system partnership  
  • Competitor Analysis, market intelligence on competitor pricing and penetration strategies and able to implement and execute counter strategy for client acquisition 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development preferably in reputable FMCG Brands or Food & Beverage Industry or similar Industry

  • Preference will be given to Master Degree in Sales and Marketing or Equivalent/ Bachelor Degree in Sales and Marketing or Equivalent 

  • Entrepreneurial: The role requires the individual to be extremely passionate to build a startup, spot key opportunities, act fast and grab them. 

  • Team player: The role requires the incumbent to work closely and coordinate with the Internal and external teams to create success. She/he should be able to seamlessly navigate these relationship dynamics in a high growth, young, agile business environment. 
  • Results oriented: The role requires on deliver on short-term goals and long-term milestones set by business with efficacy. 
  • Structured thinking : The role requires to breakdown the problem in smaller parts and drive structural solves
