Job Description
- Meet monthly & annual targets of sales, visits & inquiries.
- Handle sales team & effective mobilization.
- Training of sales team on regular basis.
- Report MAW management & principal company on timely/as & when required.
- Handle each and every inquiry till job completion & receipt of payment.
- Should be highly target oriented & believe in performance based culture.
- Should be able to work in odd hours also/ flexible timing.
- Should be able to work under pressure.
Job Requirements
- 6-7 years of experience in similar Industry.
- Must have minimum Bachelor/ Master's Degree in related field.
- Travel industry and destination knowledge
- Strong Negotiation skills
- Excellent skill in writing and spoken English is a must
