Job Description
- Computer literate with excellent communication skills.
- Leadership and administration/operational skills.
- Reporting & Analytical skills.
- Overall operation handling of Branch Office.
- Take over all service issues of Customer and ensure them proper satisfaction.
- Deal customer directly for any service related issue on new inquiry.
- Sometimes may visit customer for payment collection.
- All logistic support work as as requested by head office .
Job Requirements
- Candidate must have at least 4-5 years of experience in relevant field.Dealing with ever-changing requests from customers.
- Excellent listening and questioning skills.
- Aptitude for providing a high degree of customer service.
- Knowledge of a wide spectrum of management disciplines.
