Job Description
- Receive order, convert into packing & issue invoices through Commuterized Billing System
- Preparation of different reports
- Manage account balances to discover outstanding debts or other inconsistencies
- Answer questions and handle complaints from customers regarding bills
- Report on activity to upper management
Job Requirements
- Good knowledge of MS Office, E-mail & Internet
- Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- Adherence to laws and confidentiality guidelines
- Excellent math ability
