Job Description

  • Assist the Retail Store Manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers
  • Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments)
  • Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
  • Monitor and maintain store inventory
  • Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs
  • Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
  • Train and monitor new and working sales team members.
  • moniter the need of new training and techniques for team member.
  • Maintain good communication among clients and identify their needs.
  • Take  costumer compalints and wokout on it.
  • Research on upcoming market  trends and upgrade company product according to it.
  • Prepare progress report and submit to the head of department.
  • Insure company ploicies and terms properly by employees with in a company.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as procurement officer in  cement, steel and construction industry.
  • Must have 2 wheeler with valid license compulsary.
  • Excellent Communication Skill and attractive personality.
  • English speaking Abd writing mandatory.
  • Flexible for traveling outside Kathmandu valley.
  • Flexible with work shifts.
  • Must have sound knowledge of MS office Packages.
  • Must have leadership and organizational skills.
