Job Description

• To accomplish the target of the dealers to be made.
• To generate leads for interested clients who wants to be the dealer of the company.
• To approach them and accomplish the dealership agreement.
• To accomodate/ facilitate the dealers.
• To monitor dealership performance and report the same periodically.
• To strengthen dealers who couldn't perform well.
• To ensure dealers complying the termsof dealership agreement.
• To visit dealers as per requirement.
• To cancel dealership to fails to perform.
• To encourage dealers to sell our products.
• To ensure bank guarantee validity.
• To report periodically.
• To be responsible for whole matters related to dealers.

Job Requirements

• Must have minimum Bachelor's Degree in related stream.
• Must have two years of experience in sales and marketing field.
• Good communication and negotiation skill.
• Must be willing/ flexible to travel.
