Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations to ensure efficiency.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth operations.
- Supervise inventory and procurement of office supplies.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking.
- Ensure adherence to hospitality standards and regulations.
Job Requirements
- Qualifications: Bachelors Running/Degree
- Experience: 1-2 years in Admin
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using travel industry software (e.g., GDS systems, CRM software).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
