Job Description

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
  • Maintain records, files, and documentation in compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Supervise inventory and procurement of office supplies.
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking.
  • Ensure adherence to hospitality standards and regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Qualifications: Bachelors Running/Degree
  • Experience: 1-2 years in Admin
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in using travel industry software (e.g., GDS systems, CRM software).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
