Job Description
- Handling Enquiries: Provide information as per the requirements of the enquirer through different modes of communication; Face to Face support, telephone, e-mails and SMS.
- Provide detailed information regarding Mode of education, University, programs on offer, Admission procedure, Fee structure and Mode of Payment.
- Assisting in filling forms, Verifying, updating in Software.
- Updating revised program templates as and when required.
- Making communication with University through mail and phone calls as when required regarding different aspect of official activities.
- Forward the student grievances to the concerned Authorities / Departments.
- Plan and execute events as per the academic calendar of the institution.
- Assist in Value Added Services provided by the University / Center to the Students.
Job Requirements
- Master's Degree in related field.
- At least 1 years' experience in the administrative support field.
- Meticulous approach to administrative tasks.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and strong problem-solving skills.
- Solid presentation skills.
- Strong task and time management skills.
- Professional appearance and courteous manner.
