Job Description
- Record keeping of data related to admin expenses.
- Maintenance of ledger for vehicles.
- Looking after vehicle's bluebook renewal and vehicles transfer
- Management of fuel.
- Oversee the admin activities in Depot and Factories outside Kathmandu Valley.
- Look after repair/ maintenance
- Other task as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/ Master's degree in business administration or business management is advantageous.
- Proven 1-2 years of experience working in an office environment.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Working knowledge of business management.
- The ability to multitask.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
