Job Description
-Identify and evaluate potential suppliers/vendors based on quality,cost, and delivery timelines.
-Collect quotations,prepare comparative analysis and negotiate terms with suppliers.
-Create and process purchase orders (POs) in accordance with company policies.
-Maintain updated procurement records, including pricing,contracts and delivery schedules.
-Monitor inventory levels in coordination with store/inventory teams and initiate purchase requisitions accordingly.
-Track deliveries and resolve any supply issues or delays with vendors.
-Ensure timely procurement of critical materials without stockouts or production delays.
-Collaborate with finance to ensure proper documentation for payments and vendor reconciliation.
-Ensure procurement compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
-Assist in annual procurement planning and budgeting based on consumption data.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

3–4 years of relevant experience in administration or procurement, preferably in the FMCG sector

Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, inventory management, and vendor coordination

Familiarity with ERP systems, procurement software, and inventory tools

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
-
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
-
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
