Basic Information
Job Description
-
Greet and serve guests in a professional and friendly manner.

Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly.

Ensure table settings are neat and the dining area is clean and welcoming.

Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.

Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and correct orders.
-
Process billing and handle cash/card payments when needed.
Job Requirements
-
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Hotel Management (BHM).
-
1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
-
Positive attitude, good communication skills, and a friendly demeanor.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
