Job Description
- Handle incoming calls, providing accurate information and assistance regarding products and services in a professional manner.
- Actively engage in follow ups and conversion of leads.
- Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of all concerns.
- Follow company policies and procedures to maintain compliance and ensure quality service.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer management software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
