Job Description
- Make outbound sales and follow-up calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate information
- Qualify leads and update customer data in the system
- Maintain and manage lead databases with accuracy and confidentiality
- Record call details, prepare daily call logs, and submit reports
- Perform follow-up calls to support sales conversion and customer retention
- Ensure customer database hygiene and data accuracy
- Support sales and marketing campaigns through call-based outreach
- Assist in basic campaign analysis and reporting as required
Job Requirements
- Minimum Intermediate (+2) qualification
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related field
- Good verbal communication skills in Nepali and English
- Basic computer skills with knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally
- Target-oriented with good follow-up and persuasion skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
