Job Description

  • Make outbound sales and follow-up calls to potential and existing customers
  • Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate information
  • Qualify leads and update customer data in the system
  • Maintain and manage lead databases with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Record call details, prepare daily call logs, and submit reports
  • Perform follow-up calls to support sales conversion and customer retention
  • Ensure customer database hygiene and data accuracy
  • Support sales and marketing campaigns through call-based outreach
  • Assist in basic campaign analysis and reporting as required

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Intermediate (+2) qualification
  • 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related field
  • Good verbal communication skills in Nepali and English
  • Basic computer skills with knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to handle customer interactions professionally
  • Target-oriented with good follow-up and persuasion skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
