Job Description
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in assigned regions
- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities
- Build and manage dealership/channel sales networks
- Conduct regular field visits and client meetings
- Promote and sell products effectively to potential customers
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and update management regularly
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Officer in any field OR at least 3 years of experience in e-rickshaw and parts sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Experience in field sales, lead generation, and dealership/channel sales
- Basic understanding of e-rickshaw mechanics, batteries, and spare parts (preferred)
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
- Customer-focused with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid two-wheeler driving license
- Local candidates will be preferred
- Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
