Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide information to customers.
- Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and contribute to team objectives.
Job Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in a related field.
- Bachelors running can apply
- Good knowledge of MS word, Excel & PowerPoint/Nepali Typing
- Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
