Job Description
- Coordinate daily customer service operations (Eg: sales processes, orders and payments)
- Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
- Monitor and maintain store inventory
- Monitor retail operating costs, budgets and resources
- Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs
- Handle complaints from customers
- Create report as per depot in-charge require
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is functional and presentable
- Act as store's representative and set example for other
- Other duties assigned by the management as per the situation.
Job Requirements
- Intermediate completed/ Bachelors running can apply.
- Must have Two- wheeler and a valid driving license.
- Good knowledge of MS word, excel & PowerPoint
- Fresher are highly encoraged to apply.
- Fluent in Nepali and English language both verbal and written.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office, Excel, etc.
- Should have good communication skills.
- Should have patience and politeness while dealing with dealers and customers.
- Should be confident and have influential personality
- Must be adaptable, persuasive, self-motivated and goal driven
