Job Description
Monitor and maintain all process parameters within standard limits.
• Verify variety-wise ingredients, INPM changes and batch codes.
• Control raw material usage and quantities in production.
• Implement and maintain GMP standards for packaging, storage and material handling.
• Conduct inspections and analysis of raw materials.
• Identify, hold and report defective products and Perform sensory analysis.
• Implement product improvements based on sensory feedback, Lead KAIZEN initiatives for process/productivity improvements.
• Maintain all FSMS (ISO 22000:2018) documentation, Implement and sustain 5S methodology.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 to 5 year of relevant experience in quality assurance and control preference will be given to FMCG Industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in food technology, Food Science, or related fields.

Strong knowledge of GMP, FSMS (ISO 22000:2018), 5S, and quality standards.

Proficiency in process monitoring, raw material inspection, and documentation.

Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
