Job Description

  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with the organization's goals and brand identity. Identify target audiences and tailor content to resonate with them effectively.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality and visually appealing content, videos and written posts, that reflect the brand's voice and style. Creativity is essential to capture and maintain the audience's attention.
  • Platform Management: Manage multiple social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc. Understand the each platform and optimize content accordingly.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly and engaging with the audience in a positive and authentic manner. Foster meaningful interactions and build a strong online community.
  • Analytics and Insights: Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for content optimization and improvement.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including designers, copywriters, and marketers, to ensure content aligns with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the brand's values, and maintaining consistency in messaging and tone throughout all social media content.


Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a social media content creator or similar role.
  • More than 2 years of experience in a digital marketing field.    
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree Graduates can apply.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative content ideas.
  • Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to deadlines.
  • Passion for social media, digital marketing, and staying abreast of industry developments.
