Job Description

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner

Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately

Handle daily administrative tasks such as managing appointments, emails, and documentation

Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area

Coordinate with internal departments and provide support as required

Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling courier services
-
Ensure office supplies and reception materials are well-stocked
Job Requirements
-
At least 1 year of experience in a similar front desk or customer service role
-
Bachelor's Degree Graduates preferred.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
-
Well-organized with attention to detail and multitasking abilities
