Job Description
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
• Recommend product or service by collecting customer information and analyzing their product and service needs.
• Handle and process online and telephonic orders.
• Mobilize delivery staffs in wise, effective and efficient manner.
• Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Know the company’s products and services and stay updated with the related issues.
• Promptly identify and resolve customer issues and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelors Completed
- Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 year of Experience in call center or Manufacturing industry will be added advantage
- Time : 9:30-6pm
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and patient when dealing with difficult customers
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
