Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.

Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and processes.

Record customer interactions and follow up on queries when necessary.

Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth customer service operations.

Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s running/ completed.
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Experience: 1 year in related field
