Job Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.

  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and processes.

  • Record customer interactions and follow up on queries when necessary.

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth customer service operations.

  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

Job Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s running/ completed.
  • Good oral and written  communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Experience:  1 year in related field
