Job Description
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage front desk operations including answering calls, handling inquiries, and directing visitors.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries.
- Assist in administrative support tasks as required.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree Graduates preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
