Job Description

Manage and oversee the company's social media accounts across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Create and schedule engaging content, including graphics and videos, aligned with the brand's voice.

Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with overall campaigns.

Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.

Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree (running or completed) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and graphic design.

Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
