Job Description

  • Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally and efficiently.

  • Maintain and update customer records in the system.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, service, workshop) to ensure timely service resolution.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.

  • Maintain a professional and positive relationship with all clients.

  • Prepare daily reports, feedback logs, and service summaries.

  • Ensure all service standards and procedures are maintained.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the automobile or service-related industry.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Customer Management Systems (CMS/CRM).

  • Customer-focused mindset with a pleasant and professional demeanor.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
