Basic Information
Job Description
-
Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally and efficiently.

Maintain and update customer records in the system.

Coordinate with internal departments (sales, service, workshop) to ensure timely service resolution.

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.

Maintain a professional and positive relationship with all clients.
-
Prepare daily reports, feedback logs, and service summaries.

Ensure all service standards and procedures are maintained.
Job Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
-
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the automobile or service-related industry.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-
Proficient in MS Office applications and Customer Management Systems (CMS/CRM).
-
Customer-focused mindset with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
-
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
