Job Description

  • Greet and assist guests with a warm, professional attitude

  • Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations

  • Handle calls, emails, and guest inquiries efficiently

  • Maintain records and coordinate with other departments

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Hotel Management (BHM) or a related field
  •  6 months to 1 year in a similar front office or customer service role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
