Job Description

Greet and assist guests with a warm, professional attitude

Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations

Handle calls, emails, and guest inquiries efficiently

Maintain records and coordinate with other departments
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Hotel Management (BHM) or a related field
- 6 months to 1 year in a similar front office or customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
