Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and provide accurate information.

Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM or call logging systems.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely follow-ups and service delivery.

Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
Job Requirements

Excellent verbal communication in English and Nepali

Qualification: Bachelor's degree

Experience: Minimum 1 year in a related field

Good listening skills and customer-first attitude

Proficient in MS Office applications

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational and time management skills
