Job Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone,email or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve product or service  problems by clarify the customers complaint and determining the best solution.
  • Maintain Expert knowledge of company products and services.
  • Process orders,forms,applications and Request .
  • Follow up with customer to ensure resolution and Satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other department to resolve complex issues.
  • Document customer interaction and feedback for contionuos Improvement.
     

Job Requirements

 

  • Must have year of experience in a similar customer service or call center role.

  • +2 completed or Bachelor running can apply.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Nepali and English

  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)

  • Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset

  • Ability to work well in a team environment
