Job Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone,email or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarify the customers complaint and determining the best solution.
- Maintain Expert knowledge of company products and services.
- Process orders,forms,applications and Request .
- Follow up with customer to ensure resolution and Satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other department to resolve complex issues.
- Document customer interaction and feedback for contionuos Improvement.
Job Requirements

Must have year of experience in a similar customer service or call center role.

+2 completed or Bachelor running can apply.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Nepali and English

Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
