Job Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives.
- Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations with compelling visuals and content.
- Perform advanced Excel tasks, including creating and analyzing pivot tables, VLOOKUP functions, and other formulas.
- Compile, manage, and present MIS reports accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and handle correspondence efficiently.
- Assist in project management and handle confidential information with discretion.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Expertise in Excel functions like Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and other data analysis tools.
- Strong knowledge and experience in MIS reporting.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive attitude with problem-solving abilities.
- Minimum of 5-6 Years of experience in a similar role.
- Background in supporting senior management or executives is a plus.
