Job Description

  • Manage front desk operations including greeting and assisting visitors.

  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally.

  • Provide basic counselling or information to clients and visitors when needed.

  • Maintain records, appointments, and ensure proper documentation.

  • Coordinate with internal departments for administrative support.

  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree completed.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.

  • Knowledge of counselling or customer handling preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office and phone/email etiquette.

  • Presentable, polite, and confident in handling front desk duties.
