Job Description

  • Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and service requests professionally
  • Register, track, and follow up on service complaints and inquiries
  • Coordinate with technicians and service teams for timely issue resolution
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, warranties, and services
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and service reports
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and support
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department when necessary

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a service desk, customer support, or related role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or service systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
