Job Description
- Schedule and coordinate service requests efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities.
- Communicate with clients and technicians to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Monitor and improve service processes for efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Job Requirements
- 5-6 years of working experience in service coordination within the Heavy Equipment/Automobile sector.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
