Basic Information
Job Description
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Manage and monitor distributor and retailer networks
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage
- Ensure proper product visibility and merchandising in the assigned territory
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth sales execution
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2–3 years of proven experience in FMCG sales
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Good understanding of market dynamics and distribution channels
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools
- Valid driving license (preferred)
