Job Description

Develop and execute sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets
Manage and expand dealer, distributor, and retailer networks
Promote hardware and construction material products in the assigned territory
Conduct regular market visits and maintain strong customer relationships
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence reports
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates using MS Office tools
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support
Ensure timely collection and follow-up of payments from clients

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree completed (preferably in Management, Marketing, or related field)
Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience
Prior exposure to pipe fittings, cement, or construction materials is mandatory
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, basic reporting)
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Willingness to travel within the assigned market area
