Job Description
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets
- Manage and expand dealer, distributor, and retailer networks
- Promote hardware and construction material products in the assigned territory
- Conduct regular market visits and maintain strong customer relationships
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence reports
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates using MS Office tools
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support
- Ensure timely collection and follow-up of payments from clients
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree completed (preferably in Management, Marketing, or related field)
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience
- Prior exposure to pipe fittings, cement, or construction materials is mandatory
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, basic reporting)
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Willingness to travel within the assigned market area
