Job Description

  • Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.

  • Provide counseling and guidance regarding company services and programs.

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and messages efficiently and ensure timely responses.

  • Manage client inquiries and schedule appointments using CRM tools.

  • Maintain front desk records, visitor logs, and documentation accurately.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless client communication.

  • Support marketing and promotional activities when needed.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception environment.

  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Education, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in counselling or front desk management.

  • Excellent communication skills in Nepali and English.

  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.

  • Confident, organized, and client-focused personality with strong interpersonal skills
