Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.

Provide counseling and guidance regarding company services and programs.

Handle phone calls, emails, and messages efficiently and ensure timely responses.

Manage client inquiries and schedule appointments using CRM tools.

Maintain front desk records, visitor logs, and documentation accurately.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless client communication.

Support marketing and promotional activities when needed.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception environment.

Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Education, Psychology, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in counselling or front desk management.

Excellent communication skills in Nepali and English.

Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
-
Confident, organized, and client-focused personality with strong interpersonal skills
