Job Description
- Keeping in contact with existing customers, dealers , distributors in person and by phone
- Making appointments with and meeting new customers, dealers and distributors
- Agreeing sales, prices, contracts and payments
- Meeting sales targets
- Promoting new products and any special deals
- Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
- Recording orders and sending details to the sales office
- Giving feedback on sales trends
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree prefered but not required, relevant experience is sufficient
- Knowledge on customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Motivated, driven attitude
- Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude
- Aptitude for persuasion and negotiation
- Expert in time management
- Organized work ethic
- Proven track record in sales environment
- Ability to meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quota
