Job Description
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and product visibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Ensure product availability and visibility across assigned outlets.
- Conduct regular market visits and sales reviews to assess business performance.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities and promotional campaigns.
- Handle customer concerns and provide timely solutions to maintain long-term business relationships.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree completed from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Officer in an FMCG company.
- Proven track record in sales growth, market expansion, and business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets under pressure.
- Good understanding of local markets and distribution channels.
- Must possess a valid driving license and own a vehicle.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools will be an added advantage.
