Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends to senior management.
  • Train and mentor sales team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to support overall business objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
  • Minimum 6 years in Sales Management, preferably within Generator Industry
  • Ability to motivate and coach a team to achieve success.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales forecasting tools.
  • Knowledge of generator technology and applications
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative sales strategies.
