Job Description
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives for tractor sales.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities and customer segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies as needed.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to enhance sales efforts.
- Ensure compliance with all sales processes and company policies.
Job Requirements
- Proven 5-7 years of experience as a Sales Head or similar senior sales role, preferably in the agricultural or tractor industry.
- Bachelor's/ Master's Degree
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets.
