Job Description
- Identify and approach potential customers to promote automobile products
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles and solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Conduct product presentations and explain features, pricing, and financing options
- Carry out market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer data
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and delivery processes
- Provide after-sales support and ensure high customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automobile sales or a related field
- Strong salesmanship and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practices
- Ability to manage time effectively and work toward targets
