Job Description
- Contribute to the implementation of retail strategy.
- Overseeing the Retail operations for merchandising and enhancing in-shop visibility for the brand.
- Serve as a point of contact for upcoming regional and local branding and events
- Support to development retail activity calendar, ensuring all activities are fully tagged, tracked, and evaluated
- Competitor's activity tracking and reporting
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in management stream.
- Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in (Paints, Construction industry & FMCG industry)
- must have own two wheeler with valid driving licence.
- Must be team player with a result oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving skills
