Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.

Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly.

Manage correspondence—emails, letters, and packages.

Maintain visitor logs and ensure office security procedures are followed.

Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.

Coordinate meeting schedules and manage conference room bookings.

Assist in handling inquiries and provide accurate information about the company.

Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception area.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree (completed).

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good command of English and Nepali (both spoken and written).

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
-
Ability to multitask and handle pressure efficiently.
