Job Description

Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner

Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately

Maintain front desk and visitor area in a clean and welcoming manner

Handle incoming/outgoing documents and correspondence

Maintain daily attendance and visitor logs

Assist in basic administrative and clerical tasks

Use MS Excel for record-keeping and reporting
Job Requirements

Proficient in MS Excel
-
6 month experience in related field
-
Bachelor running or completed can apply.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Presentable and friendly attitude
-
Time management and multitasking abilities

Basic knowledge of office administration
