Basic Information
Job Description
No of requirements: 1( 1-2 years of experience in reception or customer service.)
Qualification: Academic Qualification: Minimum +2 pass (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Salary: No Bar for Deserving Candidate
Key Responsibilities:
? Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
? Manage calls, inquiries, follow-up and showroom activities.
? Support the sales team with administrative tasks.
Job Requirements
- Academic Qualification: Minimum +2 pass (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Must have 1-2 years of experience in reception or customer service.
- Expertise in MS Office applications, email handling, and internet usage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, hardworking, and enthusiastic.
- Fluency in Nepali and basic English communication is preferred
