Job Description

  • Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally.
  • Manage the front desk, including scheduling appointments and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory.

Job Requirements

 

  • Minimum +2 (Intermediate) or Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in customer-facing or administrative roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
