Job Description
- RM/PM testing & Analysis
- FGs/Intermediate Testing & Analysis
- Awareness of Lab instruments and equipment’s & Calibration
- Customer Complaint analysis
- Initiatives of new development for cost saving
- Internal rejection analysis , Vendor audits & developments
- ISO preparation and monitoring
- Work off initiatives
- RM/PM evaluation
- daily report and MIS presentation
- LCF updating and monitoring
- Reporting to HOD.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge about Paint Products , RMs/PMs ,Paint Testing , Paint Processing & Machines ( SM,BM, TSD, Pug Mixers etc.)
- Minimum 2 to 3 years in QC or R&D in Paint Industry
- Graduate /Post Graduate in Paint Technologist (B. Tech/BSc/MSc/BE Chemical)
- Awareness about EHS, 5S, Kaizen , CLTI , ISO & NS
