Job Description
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the office premises.
- Handle and distribute company documents, parcels, and correspondence.
- Run errands such as purchasing office supplies and groceries as needed.
- Assist in setting up meetings and events by arranging chairs, tables, and refreshments.
- Perform basic clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, and binding documents.
- Ensure office equipment is in working order and report any maintenance issues.
Job Requirements
